2. Data processed
When you fill in the contact form, I process the following data:
- name,
- email address,
- the subject and text of the message, and any other data you voluntarily include in it,
- the time of submission and the sender's IP address (for technical logging and abuse prevention).
The same rules apply to data provided when contacting me by phone or directly by email (name, phone number, email address, content of the enquiry).
3. Purpose and legal basis
Purpose: answering your enquiry, preparing a quote, and discussions prior to entering into a contract.
Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by submitting the form; in the case of a quote request, taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Abuse prevention: the form is protected against automated (spam) submissions by Google reCAPTCHA v3. The legal basis for this is the legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Retention period
I keep the data for a maximum of 1 year after the enquiry is closed, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever is earlier. If the enquiry leads to a contract, the data is kept for the periods required by contract and accounting law.
5. Processors
I do not transfer data to third parties and do not use it for sales or marketing. The website and the mail server run on a server owned and operated by the controller, so submitted data is stored only there. The following providers are involved:

6. Data security
The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, which remains encrypted along the entire route. Data is stored on the controller's own password-protected server and only the controller has access to it.
7. Your rights
At any time you may request at contact [at] needback.hu:
- information about and access to your data,
- rectification of your data,
- erasure of your data,
- restriction of processing,
- your data in a portable format,
- to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- to withdraw your consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
I respond to requests within 30 days at the latest.
8. Remedies
If you feel that the processing of your data infringes your rights, please contact me directly first. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority or take the matter to court.
